The shareholders of D. Boral ARC Acquisition I Corp. (Nasdaq: BCAR) approved the previously announced business combination with Exascale on July 29, 2026. BCAR and Exascale expect the transaction to close shortly, pending satisfaction of remaining closing conditions. Upon completion, the combined company will operate under the name Exascale Labs Holdings Inc., with its Class A common stock and warrants expected to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker symbols XLAB and XLABW respectively.
