MiTAC Computing Technology is launching a comprehensive portfolio of AI infrastructure solutions powered by 6th Gen AMD

The company's showcase features a portfolio of next-generation platforms designed to help customers scale AI, cloud, HPC and enterprise workloads with greater performance, efficiency and flexibility.

The centerpiece of MiTAC's launch comprises two new server models powered by 6th Gen EPYC Server CPUs. The M2810Z6 is a high-density 2U 2-node platform built around 1-socket AMD SP7 architecture per node, supporting 6th Gen AMD EPYC Server CPUs up to 600W cTDP, 16 DDR5 DIMM slots with up to 4TB of DDR5-8000 memory, and flexible front hot-swap NVMe storage options. The M2610Z6, designed for enterprises seeking cost efficiency and versatility, features 1-socket AMD SP8 architecture per node, supporting AMD EPYC 9006 SP8 server processors up to 400W cTDP and up to 4TB of DDR5-6000 memory. Both platforms include OCP 3.0 TSFF expansion and flexible hot-swap NVMe storage.

The TN85-B8261 is a versatile 2U dual-socket AI server designed to accelerate demanding AI, HPC, and data analytics workloads. It features support for AMD Instinct MI350P GPUs and AMD Pensando Pollara 400 AI NIC, equipped with dual AMD EPYC 9005/9004 Series processors, up to 6TB of DDR5 memory, and support for four double-width PCIe 5.0 GPUs.

MiTAC's most significant offering is a 52U high-density AI liquid-cooled rack solution integrating 12 MiTAC G4826Z5 AI servers with up to 96 AMD Instinct MI355X GPUs. This platform delivers 50% higher GPU density per rack compared to conventional AI deployments while reducing data center footprint by up to 33%. The turnkey rack-scale integration combines advanced liquid cooling, optimized power delivery, networking, and CDU integration to maximize performance and efficiency.

The G8825Z5 represents another innovation, featuring Akash Systems' proprietary Diamond Cooling technology combined with AMD Instinct MI350X GPUs and AMD Pensando Pollara 400 AI NIC. The solution delivers up to 50% more AI tokens per watt under standard operating conditions while maintaining throttle-free performance at inlet temperatures above 95°F, reducing both cooling requirements and overall system costs.

MiTAC also offers three AI racks powered by AMD Instinct MI350 GPUs and AMD EPYC CPUs, enabling up to 96 engineers and developers to remotely log in for testing and validation. This shared-access environment supports collaborative AI development, workload benchmarking, and faster iteration for teams evaluating next-generation AI infrastructure.
