Data Centers produced $20 million of adjusted gross profit and $11 million of adjusted EBITDA in Q2 2026. The Company continues to build out a multi-gigawatt power pipeline across Texas, now totaling over 5.7 gigawatts of potential capacity, as it expands beyond its Helios operations to meet accelerating demand for artificial intelligence and high-performance computing infrastructure. The data centers segment operates with contracted critical information technology load and documented base lease terms.
As of June 30, 2026, Galaxy maintained $2.7 billion in equity capital allocated across Digital Assets, Data Centers, and Treasury and Corporate segments. The Treasury and Corporate segment maintains diversified exposure to the digital asset ecosystem through spot positions, derivatives, exchange-traded funds, equities, venture investments, private equity holdings and fund investments, with particular concentration in Bitcoin and Solana positions.
